The Millennium Aqua Advance Care are Medicare Certified and affiliated with most managed care plans. Our center are accredited with the highest level of Medicare certification available for outpatient physical therapy. Our staff works with each patient on an individualized basis in filing all insurance and Medicare claims. Patient referrals to Millennium Aqua Advance Care can be made by your physician, rehabilitation specialist or you can see our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitaion physician for referral.
