Cervical Spine Pain/Strain/Sprain

A pain/strain/sprain occurs after a traumatic experience or poor posture that leads to pain and muscle soreness in the neck region, which may decrease your motion leading to difficulties with driving, sleeping, or your normal work or daily activities. Physical Therapy through exercise and other means can help decrease pain, restore motion, relieve muscle tightness and tenderness, reduce swelling, and enhance the normal healing process, leading to a return to normal daily activities.
